Luxury B & B exclusively for adults. Located in peaceful countryside just four miles from St Mawes. Secluded garden and patio, excellent locally sourced breakfasts.

Roundhouse Barns were formerly a collection of 17th-century farm buildings that were lovingly restored 10 years ago creating 2 exceptionally well appointed five star Bed & Breakfast rooms (The Fal and The Minack).

The Fal and The Minack are located on the upper floor of our main Roundhouse Barn. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a feather down duvet and cotton percale bedding.

The Fal has a Kingsize bed. It can also be offered as a twin-bedded room. The Minack has a double bed. Both The Fal and The Minack have luxury ensuite shower rooms.

Each room has its own colour TV, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, kettle, and tea and coffee making facilities. There's also a small fridge in which we supply complimentary fresh milk and Cornish mineral water.

Turning to breakfast.... You'll need plenty of room....

Start with a selection of fruit juices, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, or compote. Continue with our Full Cornish - locally sourced sausage, bacon, hogs pudding and eggs complimented with mushrooms, grilled tomatoes and baked beans. Alternatively opt for either our lighter bite - boiled eggs with buttered soldiers - or our daily special.

We offer a range of teas and coffees together with organic bread and locally sourced preserves.

Check in: from 4:00pm - please call us if you expect to arrive late
Check out: 11:00am

This truly is an idyllic location. Turnaware Point, the newly opened Messack Peninsula and the surrounding National Trust land is accessed from the Roundhouse Barns by way of a private lane. Nearby, St Just-in-Roseland is famous for its 13th-century church, nestling amidst bamboo, fire bushes and subtropical plants.

Simply sit back, relax, soak up what is unique about Cornwall... and allow us to help you enjoy a truly memorable holiday.....

If our B&B rooms are shown as fully booked please give us a call on 01872 580038 as we also have self catering cottages on site which are available for short breaks.
